Carmen Jaramillo Caswell holds a master’s degree in library and information science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Chicago.

Carmen supports the computational research projects of faculty and students and assists in teaching the core courses in Digital Studies offered by the Forum for Digital Culture.
